Most people spend all day at a desk job with bad posture and carrying stress in their shoulders. The Double Retractors gently aids in regaining mobility to those areas through a light, stress-free exercise. Users grip the handles above their heads and pull on the grips in an alternate motion. They can begin slowly, releasing the tension with each movement, increasing the speed as the movement becomes more natural. This loosening motion sets the user up to do more intense exercises like the Double Lat Pulldown, Double Chest Press and even the Double Glider which all require repetitive motions that are much more painful and injury-prone when the muscles are tight. Combine these exercises in your community’s outdoor gym to prevent injuries. All of these pieces can be color coordinated using up to two of our custom colors. Please note that all rotationally molded plastic pieces are only available in gray.
