Playground Equipment Dot-com’s Freestanding Straight Post Net Climber is a durable outdoor recreation unit that provides kids with an activity proven to be as healthy as it is fun. The galvanized steel framework holds in place a vertical grid of steel cable that’s been carefully covered with a layer of nylon. This building approach allows the net to be rigid enough to support the weight of climbers while also providing a comfortable gripping surface that’s soft on hands. The steel cabling beneath the nylon also makes the product tamper resistant, as potential vandals won’t be able to cut through the material as easily as standard rope. The climber is high enough to give kids a sense of accomplishment upon reaching the top while still being approachable for school-age children at the younger end of the 5-12 age range.
