The rider simply places their feet on the foot rests, grips the handlebars, and then pushes as if they were trying to stand; effectively working out the entire body from the leg muscles to the shoulder muscles. This is all present on the included instructional guide that is printed on the station itself. It explains great workout practices and the proper uses of the fit rider. This station is comprised of steel that has been powder-coat painted in your choice of up to two colors. The steel is designed to stand up to natural wear and heavy usage. As with all of our Royal products, the unit comes with a set of instructions posted on a central section.
