It goes well alongside our other models of exercise gear for a complete workout like the Single Fit Rider. It assists in the push up motion by raising the front part of the body off the ground; taking pressure off of the arms. It also prevents the user from having to touch the ground, which is nice for doing push ups outdoors. The caps and push up bar have a smooth powder coat finish which prevents water from entering the pieces. The two vertical posts are available in a variety of color options. We also offer the option of in-ground or surface mounting, which means that it can be installed anywhere without issues. It is made from strong, galvanized steel, that limits the risk of the bar warping or bending. Adults, teens and seniors will be waiting in line to show off their skills.
