Hello Tina and thank you for your question. The manufacture of this product does allow customer pickup but I will reach out to the manufacture and double check to see if they are allowing pickup due to covid.

Generally, this is fairly easy to install, but would depend on the installer's skill set. The Wheel Thru Arcade does require in-ground footers to install.
